To the extent you have in any manner whatsoever violated or threatened to violate Naturally Wired Jewelry and JewelryWireWrap.com and/or its partners and / or its affiliates' proprietary and / or intellectual property rights, Naturally Wired Jewelry and JewelryWireWrap.com and / or its partners and / or its affiliates and/or its partners may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the great State of Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts of jurisprudence. And are thereby eternally bound.

Any other disputes will be resolved thusly:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it amongst ourselves. We, Naturally Wired Jewelry and Jewelry Wire Wrap, are after all professionals, and will conduct ourselves accordingly. If for some reason we are unable to come to an agreement, then we will agree to, and obtain, the help of a mutually agreed-upon third party mediator in the following location: Travis County, Texas. Any costs and fees or other monetary encumbrances other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equitably by us both - completely fair.

If for some reason, can't image why, we cannot arrive at a mutually fair and satisfactory remedy or solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Travis County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Judgment upon the award, if any, rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction authority.

We are profoundly sorry if this offends you, but believe me, if I put the legal jargon in here that explains all this in terms the lawyers prefer, then you would really feel the pinch of agony. So it's really a good thing we're so nice and have a naturally good nature huh? We really hate doing this to, but so many ne'er-do-well’s out there just have to make it hard on everyone so it forces us to have to protect and defend ourselves.
