Default eBook Delivery and Order Status Requests
During Business Hours This means 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday - Excludes Weekends, Holidays, and Trade Shows.
*Please allow 24 hours to receive your Digital PDF eBook via email, usually within 4 to 8 hours though.
1.) Default Delivery is by email. The Digital eBook is just over 4.5 Mb and will be sent directly to the email address associated with your PayPal payment ; which is the ONLY email address I will have on file for you.
2.) If for some reason you did not, or are unable to, receive the eBook via email within 24 hours of your order, it's blocked, gets zapped by a stray gamma ray and spins off into the cosmos, or some other mysterious issue, just let me know and I'll resend it to the exact same email address it was originally sent to or...
3.) If you prefer, I can resend the eBook to a different email address, but please make clear and notable reference to your name, email address, PayPal Receipt Number if applicable, associated with your PayPal payment, or...
4.) If all else fails, I may be able to post the eBook on the web-server for download. This option is a last resort for electronic delivery and only provided at my sole discretion. If I determine the download option is needed I will email download instructions for the 12.5 Mb password protected version. Note: A high-speed internet connection is recommended for a faster, more pleasurable, download.

Please do not take offense toward my attempt to clarify this important issue, I only wish to reduce, or eliminate, the frustration caused by this common mistake:
If you did not receive your eBook via email: Before requesting order status, please check all of your other email accounts first! because more often than not I delivered as promised and you will have it somewhere other than where you think it is or should be. Then be certain 24 hours have elapsed since your order. The 24 hour buffer is in place for good and valid reasons and has more to do with customer service expectations than my convenience. If for some reason your eBook has not been delivered as outlined and promised, at minimum, please respond using the same name and email address associated with your PayPal payment, otherwise I have no way to identify you with your order.
For example, if you use a hotmail account through PayPal, please do not send an order status request through your gmail account and expect me to make sense of it, especially if you use different names with each account, or more importantly, forget to mention any information specific to your order other than, "where's my eBook!" It's impossible for me to wade through the confusion this causes. Shipping Tangible Goods:
Shipping: Again, please note, I personally process all orders: My goal is "next business day" shipping whenever possible. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will usually ship the following Monday.
I have been known to ship items on Saturday and will do so when possible. Please don't count on it though. However, you will be notified via email if that's the case.

Address: I try very hard to process orders swiftly. After all I'm a consumer too. I know what it's like to buy something and want it right away. But all to often I email folks asking for address verification before I ship an item and they never answer me back - go figure?
So if you paid through PayPal, your item will be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal payment - period!
It is not my responsibility to track you down or have to wait for an answer. If you really want the item, then please provide the correct address the first time and there will likely be no issues.
If you want your item shipped to a different address, then please state the correct address in the comments field provided when you check out. Otherwise I will ship to the default address you provided originally.
It is your responsibility to provide me with the correct shipping address - no exceptions. If a shipping error is made because I was not given the correct address, the item can only be replaced after due process has been followed and all efforts have been exhausted to find and redirect it. Otherwise you will have to pay for the item and shipping charges in full again.
I purchase insurance by default for all orders of tangible good. If an order is lost once I deliver it to the carrier, then due process will be followed to locate it. If a claim is required, your cooperation is expected. Your loss is my loss. However, I cannot, and will not, be held liable for any item(s) lost by the mail carrier.
If I make a shipping error, and that decision is up to me, I will replace the item with a like or similar product free of charge. Please note, most items are unique, one-of-a-kind, and I cannot be expected to reproduce them exactly. If you are not satisfied with a remake or similar item, then we may decide together to opt for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges. I will contact you if I discover such an error. Please contact me immediately if you discover my error.
No PO Boxes: Sorry, I DO NOT ship to a Post Office Box, period. However, if you are a rural client, and a P.O. Box is all that is available to you, then either call (512-632-8998 - 24/7 CST) or email me first, before making your purchase, so we can discuss this specific situation. I may elect to relax my business rule on a case basis. But I require personal contact with you FIRST!
World Wide: I will ship to world wide locations, but there are limitations. Please contact me before making a purchase so we can discuss specifics about the transaction.
Honest Communication is critical: As stated, I am committed to very high business standards, if for some reason I cannot meet them, you will be notified via email, or phone call if I have your number, with appropriate details. When requesting order status, at minimum, please respond using the email address associated with your PayPal payment, otherwise I have no way to identify you with your order.
The statements herein do not constitute the full scope of my order processing and delivery guidelines or options. Sometimes issues fall outside of normal processes. I am a fair business person and if something falls out of process I will review the issue and make the best, mutually beneficial, decision possible. I am a reasonable person and expect the same from you.

For 30 years as a customer service professional I have honored and practiced a very simple code of conduct; Treat customers the way I expect to be treated.
